The learned counsel Ms.Jain appears for the Applicant and submits that despite service of the order directing disclosures, no disclosures have been filed nor the payments have been made, and the Respondent is also not represented and that this Court may direct issuance of bailable warrant against the Respondent. 2.

After hearing the learned counsel and having considered the submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to issue Bailable Warrant in the sum of Rs.25.000/- against the Respondent, returnable on 16th October, 2025.
