The learned counsel for the Applicants/plaintiffs pointed that by an order dated 24 th October, 2024, the Applicants-Plaintiffs were granted ex-parte ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (d) of the Interim Application. She submits that the ad-interim relief was continued till today. She further points out that the matter was to be listed today. However, the same is not on board. She seeks continuation of the adTILAK

2/2 503 IA 4642-25.odt interim relief which is granted earlier. The learned counsel for the Applicant has placed reliance upon an affidavit of service dated 24 th December, 2024 to prove service of Interim Application along with the Suit of the Plaintiff. Despite service none appeared. 3.

In view of above, list the matter on 22 nd September, 2025.

Ad-interim relief, if any, to continue till next date. 5.

It is made clear that if none appears for the Defendant on the next date, the Court shall proceed to take up the Interim Application for final hearing.
