Mr. Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff points out that the matter was to be listed today and that ad-interim relief earlier granted was in operation till today. He points out that since the matter is not listed, the same be taken up for continuation of ad-interim relief granted earlier. The learned counsel placed reliance on the affidavit of service dated st January, 2025.
