By order dated 19th December,2024 this Court had granted adinterim relief in respect of infringement of trade mark and copyright and Court Receiver came to be appointed. Subsequently, by order dated 11th June, 2025 the Leave Petition was allowed and ad-interim relief in respect of passing off was granted on 12th August, 2025. 2.

Mr. Bhagat learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff submits that despite service none appears on behalf of the Defendant. He submits that the affidavit of service has been duly filed. Vishal Parekar 1 of

By the order dated 19th December, 2024 read with order dated 12th August, 2025 this Court had come to a prima facie finding of infringement of trade mark and copyright and passing off in respect of the Plaintiff's registered trade mark. There is no reply which has been filed by the Defendant to displace the prima facie finding arrived at. There is no reason as to why ad-interim relief granted on 19th December, 2024 read with 12th August, 2025 should not be confirmed as interim relief.

The ad-interim reliefs are confirmed as interim reliefs. 5.
