Interim Application No.4655 of 2025 is taken out by the Plaintiff seeking ad-interim/interim relief in terms of prayer clause (iii), directing Defendant No.1 to publish the stand of

In my view, such a prayer at the ad-interim/interim stage cannot be granted. No case is made out for the same at the time of the hearing. However, the Plaintiff is free to publish his stand at his own cost and on any media, if he deems fit, but such a direction cannot be given against Defendant No.1.

Therefore, the ad-interim/interim relief, prayed for, is refused.

No case is made out for any prayers in Interim Application No.4655 of 2025. Hence, Interim Application is dismissed.
