The present Interim Application seeks an amendment to the schedule of assets annexed to the Petition for Letters of Administration which was issued in favour of the Petitioners on 20th July 1992. As more particularly set out in the Interim Application, the Applicants have found additional share certificates and accordingly, the present Interim Application has been moved for amendment to record these share certificates in the schedule.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of in terms of the following order :- : ORDER :

(i) Delay in preferring the present Interim Application is condoned.

(ii) The Applicant is permitted to amend the schedule annexed to the Letters of Administration that was granted in favour of the Petitioners on 20th July 1992.

(iii) This amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
