By an order dated 21st April 2026, this Court had allowed Interim Application no. 4731 of 2025 and permitted the Applicants to amend the Schedule of Assets annexed to the Petition seeking Letters of Administration.

Ms. Pooja Kharat, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Applicants submits that when the amendment was carried out, it was realised that as a result of an amendment to the item included in the Schedule, the total also would required to be changed. However, ------------------------------------- Order dated 30th April 2026

P-2.IA/4731/2025 Chandrika - S. R. Nathan (Decd) inadvertently this relief was not sought in the Interim Application and she accordingly prays that the Applicants be permitted to also amend the corresponding total of the Schedule as also the amount that appears on the Petition.

Considering that the Interim Application has already been allowed by an order dated 21st April 2026, this Court deems it fit to permit the Applicants to carry out this further amendment. Reverification of the same is dispensed with.
