Interim Application No.5548 of 2025 is an Application seeking to bring on record the legal heirs of the sole Plaintiff in place of the Original Plaintiff. While the Interim Application was pending, Applicant No.1, who was the legal heir of the Original Plaintiff, also passed away; therefore, liberty is sought to delete the name of Applicant No.1.

Interim Application No.5548 of 2025 is therefore allowed permitting Applicant No.2 to be substituted as the legal heir of the Original Plaintiff. Likewise, the legal heirs of the interim Applicant No.1 have also been brought on record. Interim Application No.5548 of 2025 is therefore allowed, permitting the substitution of the Original Plaintiff by the newly added Applicants and the earlier Interim Applicant No.2 as the legal heirs of the Original Plaintiff. Changes may be effected before the Registry within a period of two weeks from the date of upload of this order.
