ORDER :

1.

This is an Application seeking to effect corrections to the names of Defendant Nos. 7 and 13 in view of the changes in their corporate names and the addition of newly proposed Defendant Nos. 25 to 27. The last three, i.e. the newly proposed Defendants

have admittedly acquired units in the suit property from Defendant No. 7.

2.

The amendments pursuant to the Interim Application shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of upload of this order on the website of this Court. After their addition, the Defendants shall also be served within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Interim Application No. 5600 of 2025 is allowed in these terms.

Interim Application No. 3062 of 2024 is an Interim Application seeking interim reliefs. All other Interim Applications are applications under Order VII, Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), seeking rejection of the Plaint. 5.

Liberty to file the replies to the various other Interim Applications taken out under Order VII, Rule 11 of the CPC by various Defendants with the Registry. Replies to these applications may be filed within a period of two weeks from today. Rejoinders, if any, shall be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The learned Advocates agree to take instructions as to whether they would be willing to proceed to mediation to attempt a resolution of their dispute.

7.

List the entire set of matters under the caption "Case Management Hearing" on May 6, 2026.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
