Ms.Vaishali Sharma submits that, however, Interim Application No.4979 of 2025 has been taken out for impleading the wife of the Judgment Debtor and that the same has already been served on the Execution Applicant and others and an appropriate Affidavit of service will be filed.

Let Affidavit of service be filed within a period of two weeks. INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 5672 OF 2025 4.

Mr.Dhruv Yadav, learned Counsel, appears for the Interim Applicant and submits that he is led by Mr.Nilesh Thakur and some time be granted. Mr.Yadav also submits that service of the Interim Application has been effected and some time be granted to file Affidavit of service.

Let Affidavit of service of Interim Application No.5672 of 2025 be filed within a period of two weeks. Replies and rejoinders be filed and exchanged in four weeks thereafter.
