Consent terms are executed by the legal manager of the Plaintiff and the authorized representatives of Defendant Nos. 1 and 2. The board resolution is annexed to the consent terms. The authorized Vishal Parekar 1 of

71-ia-5688-2025.doc representative of Defendant No. 2 is present virtually. He reiterates the terms of the consent terms and submits to decree on admission in terms of prayer clause (a), (b), (d) and (e) of the Plaint. 3.

Suit is decreed on admission in terms of prayer clause (a), (b), (d) and (e) of the Plaint. Refund of Court fees as per rules. Decree to be drawn up accordingly.

Statement made in the consent terms are accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

Court Receivers Report is disposed of. Court Receiver is discharged without passing off accounts. All costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver to be paid within a period of 8 days of the demand being raised by the Court Receiver. 6.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
