2. Order challenged in the present petition is passed under Section 18 of the Immmoral Trafficking Act, 1966 by the Deputy Collector/SDO whereby possession of the premises were handed over 17th April, 2024

CRMA(F) 173 of 2024 to respondent no.1 who is the owner and application filed by the petitioner to hand over possession to her is refused.

3. It is reported that possession of the suit premises are already with respondent no.1 i.e. owner.

5. Mr Bhobe, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.1 and Mr N. Vaze, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor waives notice on behalf of the State on rule.

6. Since matter needs consideration, place it for final disposal in the week commencing from 22.7.2024.
