However, he fairly states that he will collect the copy of the finalised sale deed from Mr. Sebastian Vales, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, and will give it to the Respondents for their signature on the same. The sale deed document has been handed over to Mr. Vales by Ms. Prajali Tari, learned Advocate, instructing Mr. Sardessai.
