1. The matter was kept back at the request of Mr. Sardessai. Mr. Sardessai, on the first call, stated that since the Respondent was unwell, he was personally to collect the document of the sale deed from the Respondent's house. He stated that he would be able to procure the same to present it before the Court in the afternoon session. In the afternoon session, Mr Sardessai is not present.
