1. Pursuant to the Order dated 21st April 2026, followed by the Order dated 28th April 2026, a photocopy of the sale deed duly executed by all the parties has been placed on record. The same is taken on record. All that is required to be done is to register the sale deed.

2. Mr Sardessai, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 says that since the Respondent No.1 is a senior citizen, aged more than 80 years, a request will be made by the parties to the Sub-Registrar to visit the house of the Respondent No.1 for the purpose of registration.

3. Needless to state that all the parties to the sale deed shall cooperate with each other in taking the transaction to its logical 30th April, 2026
