1. Mr S. Vales, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to make amendment in the draft of the sale deed which he has placed on record. The draft of the sale deed be amended accordingly. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

2. According to the Applicant, the Sub-Registrar is causing some delay in registration of the sale deed. Since both the parties are senior citizens and above 85 years of age, the Sub-Registrar concerned is directed to take steps to register the sale deed within a period of eight days from the date this order is communicated to him, if all other legal requirements are complete.

3. In view of the aforesaid direction to the Sub-Registrar 6th May, 2026

15 AAR 1 2025 concerned and the fact that both the parties are ready and willing to take steps to register the sale deed, nothing survives in the present application.

4. The application is disposed of in view of the aforesaid terms.
