Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the hearing of the transfer application, pending before the Additional Collector, Pune, be expedited.

Since the Sub-Divisional Officer has stayed the order impugned in the revision on account of pendency of the transfer application, it would be expedient in the interest of justice that, the transfer application be decided by the Additional Collector as expeditiously as possible.

The parties shall appear before the Additional Collector on 12th January, 2026.

The Additional Collector, Pune, is requested to make an endeavour to hear and decide the transfer application as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of three weeks thereafter.

The petition stands disposed as withdrawn.
