Present petition has been filed to give directions to respondent No.4 to decide the petitioner's proposal dated 01.07.2020 at the earliest. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and upon instructions from respondent No.4 makes a statement that respondent No.4 would decide the proposal dated 01.07.2020 within a period of two weeks from today.
