Present petition has been filed to give directions to respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 18.07.2025 submitted by respondent No.4 for approval of appointment of petitioner on the post of Shikshan Sevak from 15.06.2017.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and upon instructions from respondent No.2 makes a statement that respondent No.2 would decide the said proposal within a period of eight weeks from today.
