Pursuant to the order dated 12.01.2026 passed by this Court, learned AGP informs the Court that Revision Application No. 1387/2025 filed on 28.07.2025 by Respondent No. 13 is pending before the State. This fact ought to have been pointed out by Mr. Shinde. Be that as it may, since Revision is pending, same shall be decided by the State as expeditiously as possible and in any event
