Apart from the other prayers, the petitioner is seeking directions especially from respondent No.2 to decide his representation dated 23.06.2025.

Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. Learned AGP waives notice for all the respondents.

The petitioner contends that he is a contractor, who had taken the tender under Mukhyamantri Gram Sadak Yojna. He has completed the work in pursuant to the work order that was issued on 01.07.2021. The [1]
951-wp-58-2026.odt appeals were submitted to the respondent authorities, however, the payment has not been given. The proposals were approved by respondent No.4 and forwarded it further.

Taking into consideration the fact that the representation dated 23.06.2025 is pending with respondent No.1, we direct respondent No.1 to respond and decide the said representation within a period of two months from today.
