Heard learned Advocate for the Petitioner. No one is present on behalf of Respondent-Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation as notice is not yet issued.

The prayer made in this Petition is for issuing directions to the Respondents to decide the applications made by the Petitioner to the Corporation. Those applications are annexed from page No. 233 onwards. 60-WP-81-2026.doc Corporation. He has raised the bills to the Corporation by writing those letters. It seems that his bills were not cleared by disbursing the amount and it is also not communicated to the Petitioner. 3.

Whether the Petitioner is entitled to get that amount or not, will be decided by the Corporation first and if rejected then by concerned competent Court. However we are inclined only to issue directions to the Respondents to decide the claim made by the Petitioner in those letters. Considering this limited relief, we are passing the following order:

ORDER

(i) The Writ Petition is partly allowed.

(ii) The Respondents are directed to decide the applications made by the Petitioner which are annexed from page Nos. 233 to 242.

(iii) The Respondents are directed to take a decision on those applications within the period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. (iv) The Petitioner is directed to place copy of this order before the Respondents.
