A private dispute between two individuals (who are siblings, brother and sister) is brought before this Court. 2.

Nevertheless, the CC issued to the Respondent No.10, by the PMRDA, is said to have been cancelled. 3.

Regular Civil Suit bearing No. 46 of 2024 is pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune against Respondent No.10. A limb of this litigation has also reached the learned Single Judge of this Court. Respondent No.10 states that the cancellation of CC has been appealed against.

In view of above, learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition and pursue the pending suit. 5.

As such, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.

All contentions of all the stakeholders are kept open before the trial Court.
