The learned advocate appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, upon instructions, makes a statement that the entire recruitment process for the post of Anganwadi helper has now been cancelled and a new advertisement has been issued.

The present petition was filed for directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the objection / application dated 03rd September 2024 and the representation dated 27th January 2025 within a stipulated period. Alternatively, it was also prayed that respondent No.4 be declared as disqualified or ineligible for the post of Anganwadi Shrikant Malani

18.WP.91.2026.doc helper and the direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to appoint the present petitioner for the said post.

In view of the statement made on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 that the entire process has been scrapped and the new advertisement has been issued, which gives the petitioner a new cause of action, and therefore, the petitioner wants to challenge the same. 4.

In view of the new cause of action, we dispose of the writ petition and if at all there is fresh cause of action for the petitioner she would be at liberty.
