Learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. 2.

However, while permitting the withdrawal of the Petition, we observe that the Petitioner has illegally purchased the premises, a slum tenement, that too not from the original allottee. The Petitioner is therefore required to be evicted, and the legitimate allottee of the premises, Respondent No. 2 - Ms. Amruta Anil Mahadik, is required to be placed in possession. Appropriate action in that regard shall be taken within a period of 15 days by following due process of law. Compliance shall be reported to the Court within two weeks thereafter. 3.

Needless to observe that all rights and contentions of the Petitioners, Mane
