Accordingly, para 1 of the order dated 6th January, 2026 shall now read as under:- "1.

As soon as the petition was called out, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the petition as the petitioner intends to pursue his remedy before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune, by filing an application in the proceeding already filed by a party under Section 36 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950."
