By this petition, petitioner/party-in-person, who claims to be power of attorney holder of the claimants seeks following reliefs: "4.1 Vitiated land acquisition Purchase deed no PLT 2-5852 dated 25.10.2023 for land Gat no 698, area 0.87 H.R. from Village- TARDAF, TALUKA- PHALTAN, DISTRICT- SATARA, given along with as "EXHIBIT 6" may please be declared as vitiated and illegal ab initio.

4.2 The respondents may please be ordered to rework/rectify and issue individual fresh/rectified award along with statement A, for the petitioners Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 115-wp-129-2026 following the applicable law provisions, taking into account the informative part given above, as suggested in "THE FIRST SCHEDULE- EXHIBIT 9"

given along with, within three months from the order.

4.3 The respondents may please be ordered to pay based on the fresh/rectified individual award for the petitioners as suggested in EXHIBIT 10 given along with, within three months from the order. 4.4 The respondents may please be ordered to report back on compliance within four months to the Hon'ble Court."

This is a novel method of challenging the acquisition proceedings and sale deeds executed by way of private negotiations by directly approaching this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition in view of alternate and efficacious remedy available to the petitioners. 3.

Writ Petition is therefore disposed with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate legal remedy.
