Learned AGP appearing for the respondents-State submits that while dictating the order, this Hon'ble Court had directed respondent No. 3 to decide the said appeal within a period of one month from today; however, in the last line of paragraph No. 4, it has been inadvertently mentioned as "one week" instead of "one month".

In the last line of paragraph No. 4, the words "one week" be substituted by the words "one month".
