Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents No.1 and 2, and upon instructions from respondent No.2, makes a statement that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking. 4.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the said proposal dated 02.12.2024 within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.
