This petition is preferred seeking direction to include names of Petitioners in the Pay Bills in view of approval order granted by the Education Officer on various dates and the permission granted by Dy. Director of Education to include Petitioners' name in the Shalarth ID and to submit pay bills accordingly.

The grievance of the Petitioners is that inspite of order of approval granted by the authorities, the salary has not been granted. However, today, learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the
- 2 - Respondents have started paying regular salary to the Petitioners however, the arrears are still unpaid. He further submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to make appropriate application to the Respondent/management with a request to forward the proposal and bills for releasing the salary, arrears and dues.

Learned APP for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submits that the regular salary has been started in respect of the Petitioners, however, as far as arrears are concerned, if the salary bills are submitted by the management i.e. Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to the authorities, then the same will also be considered on its own merit. 5.
We permit Petitioners to withdraw the petition with aforesaid liberty. The Petitioners will submit representation to Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 in respect of arrears and dues pertaining to the Petitioners' salary within 15 days. Though Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are not before us, we direct them to forward said representation of the Petitioners along with pay bills to Respondent No. 4 within further 15 days. Thereafter, the decision on the pay bills be taken by Respondent No. 4 in 15 days subsequently.

With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
