Present Petition has ben filed by the petitioner seeking direction to decide the application of the petitioner moved under Section 5(3)(b) of the Bombay Inferior Village Watans Abolition Act, 1958, which is pending before respondent No.2 - the District Collector, Land Reform, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. 2.

Learned AGP appearing for the State, on instructions, makes a statement that the said application of the petitioner will be decided within a period of three months.

We take the said statement as an undertaking and dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2 - the District Collector, Land Reform, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, to decide the said application of the petitioner, within a period of THREE MONTHS from today.
