Learned counsel for the Petitioners undertakes to remove office objections within one week.

The approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.1 is rejected by the Education Officer [Secondary] - Respondent No.2. The Petitioner can be referred to the Committee constituted by the Government Resolution dated 27th March, 2024. The Petitioner No.1's case falls under Clause 2(1) of the said Government Resolution. 3.

In that view of the matter, the matter is referred to the Committee headed by Deputy Director of Education being the President and Junior Administrative Officer/Superintendent of Deputy Director of Education Office as Member Secretary. The said Shantanu S. Dhudum

122-WP-154-2026 (C).DOC Committee shall decide the case of the Petitioner No.1 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

Till the decision is taken by the said Committee, no coercive action be taken against the Petitioner No.1.

If adverse order is passed by the Committee, the interim protection granted in favour of the Petitioner shall continue to operate for a period 15 days from the date of the communication of the decision of the Committee.
