The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "B) To issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, to direct the Respondents No.3 to 5 to measure the petitioner's agricultural land as per the 7/12 extract and not to carry further work of road windening NeriJamner Road No.41 and further direct the respondent authorities before doing the work of road widening by measuring and making and to pay the compensation as per the law to the petitioner, land acquire by following the land acquisition procedure.
C) To issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, to direct the Respondents authorities give new detail about the road widening of JamnerNeri-Jamner road No.41, his notification, E-tendering papers, measurement and marking on the road and etc. to the petitioner."

After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner, it has transpired that the petitioner has preferred an application before respondent No. 6 for measurement of his land so as to determine whether the land owned by the petitioner has been utilized for the purpose of widening of the road. The learned advocate for the petitioner produces a copy of the challan dated 03.12.2025, showing that the amount required for the purpose of conducting measurement has been deposited in the office of respondent No. 6. The same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for the purpose of identification. 3.
The learned AGP waives service for all the respondents and, upon instructions, informs that respondent No. 6 has scheduled the measurement of the land of the petitioner as well as that of similarly situated neighbouring landowners on 10.02.2026. He states that the entire process of measurement will be completed within a period of four
(4) weeks, and that the report would be generated and provided to the petitioner and the respective landowners.

In the aforesaid circumstances, as of today, there is nothing to be adjudicated in the present petition. Therefore, we dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No. 6 to complete the process of carrying out the measurement of the petitioner's land on the scheduled date and to intimate the petitioner accordingly.
