Heard Mr. Mote, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Kalel, learned AGP for the Respondent-State. 2.

The only relief sought in this petition is the direction to the Respondent No.1-Divisional Commissioner, Pune to decide the complaint iled by the Petitioner and others as stipulated under Section 39 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act. 3.

Mr. Kalel, learned AGP, on instructions, states that Respondent No.1 - Divisional Commissioner, Pune will decide the said complaint as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned AGP.
