The present petition has been filed seeking direction to Respondent No. 2 - Collector, Jalgaon, District Jalgaon, to decide the Reference Application submitted under Section 3 G (5) of the National Highway Act and the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1966, as expeditiously as possible.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for Respondent No. 1 and Mr. Avinash R. Borulkar, waives service of notice for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Since the matter is pending before Respondent No. 2, learned Advocate Mr. Avinash R. Borulkar, upon instructions, submits that the said Reference Application will be decided within a period of eight (8) weeks.

We take the statement made by learned Advocate Mr. Borulkar as an undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to decide the Reference Application within a period of eight (8) weeks.
