Present Petition has been filed by the petitioners for directing respondent No.3 - the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, Latur Region, Latur to decide the proposal dated 9th June 2025 submitted by petitioner No.1 society for granting approval to the appointments of the employees working in petitioner No.2 school and the consequential prayers have also been made.

Learned AGP waives notices for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and

wp-202.26 upon instructions from respondent No.3, submits that the proposal dated 9th June 2025 would be decided within a period of three months.

We take the said statement as an undertaking and dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.3 to decide the said proposal dated 9th June 2025, within a period of THREE MONTHS from today.
