Present petition has been filed for directions to respondents to grant the approval to the appointments of employees working in petitioner No.2 handicapped school as per the proposal dated 30.05.2025 submitted by petitioner No.1 to respondent No.4 and release the salary with arrears within stipulated period.

Learned AGP, who appears for respondents/State, tenders a

919_WP_224_2026 communication dated 26.02.2026, wherein it is stated that respondent No.4 would decide the proposal submitted by petitioner No.1 within a period of two weeks. The said communication dated 26.02.2026 is taken on record and marked as Exh. 'X'.

In view of letter dated 26.02.2026 the petition stands disposed of. We direct respondent authorities to decide the proposal filed by petitioner No.1 within a period of 15 days from today.
