The present petition has been filed to give directions to the respondents to decide the proposal dated 08th August 2025 submitted by petitioner No.1 to respondent No.4 for grant approval to the appointments of the employees working in petitioner No.2 - School and release the salary grants and pay them regular salary including the arrears.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent - State and upon instructions from respondents makes a statement that the respondents would decide the said proposal within a period of six (06) weeks from today.

We take the said statement as undertakings and dispose of the writ petition by giving directions to the respondents to decide the proposal dated 08th August 225 within a period of six (06) weeks from today.
