Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. Present Petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.3 - the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner on 19th March 2025 and the consequential prayers have also been asked.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives

Learned Advocate Mr. Pulkundwar holding for learned Advocate Mr. Dheple waives notice for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and upon instructions from respondent No.3, he makes a statement that the said representation would be decided, on its own merits, within a period of three months.

Though respondent No.3 appears to be giving undertaking that he will decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of TWO MONTHS from today, on its own merits.
