Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. The learned Advocate submits that though the petitioner has submitted application dated 22nd May 2025 to respondent No.1, requesting therein to transfer the writ property in favour of the petitioner, the same has not yet been decided. He, therefore, prays that the directions may be given to the Regional Officer, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Regional Office,

wp-250.26 Ahilyanagar, to decide the said application dated 22nd May 2025, submitted by the petitioner.

Issue notice to respondent Nos.1 and 4. No necessity to issue notice to respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Learned Government Pleader waives notice for respondent No.4. 3.

Learned Advocate Mr. Khaire holding for learned Advocate Mr. Dande waives notice for respondent No.1 and upon instructions from respondent No.1, makes a statement that the said application would be decided, within a period of three months.

We take the said statement as an undertaking and dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the Regional Officer, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Regional Office, Ahilyanagar, to decide the said application dated 22nd May 2025, submitted by the petitioner within a period of THREE MONTHS from today.
