It is submitted on behalf of learned AGP appearing for respondent-State that present matter was mentioned for continuation of liberty as granted in paragraph no.3 of order dated 08.01.2026, but inadvertently that part has not been reflected in order dated 03.02.2026. Hence, he requests to mention the same. 3.

Considering submissions advanced, following paragraph be added after paragraph no.4 of order dated 30.02.2026: "The petitioner shall be at liberty to seek adjournment in Regular Civil Suit No.631/2019 beyond next date of hearing of this petition."
