After the disinclination is shown to grant any relief, in view of the fact that the Petition is raising disputed questions of facts and there is alternate efficacious remedy available to the Petitioner; upon instructions from the Petitioner, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks permission to

In view of the said statement, we dispose of the Writ Petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, we make it clear that if any point in respect of limitation, if at all, is raised, then it would be decided by the concerned Court on its own merits.
