Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that petitioner has made representation before the Collector, but as per the Government Resolution 31.10.2025, powers have been given to Commissioner of Persons with Disabilities Welfare Department and therefore it is necessary [1]

In view of said statement and the Government Resolution dated 31.10.2025, we permit withdrawal of the petition. 5.
