Prayer Clause 'C' of the writ petition reads as under : (c) That pending the hearing and final disposal of the present petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the operation of the said Notice under Section 148 dated 30/03/2025 for A.Y. 2017-18." 3.

Till the next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of Prayer Clause 'C' as noted above.
