In Writ Petition No. 284 of 2025, the Petitioner (Milind Nagesh Salgar) submits that a relieving order has still not been issued. In Writ Petition No. 285 of 2025, the Petitioner (Rajesh Vitthal Mate) has been relieved and he has joined at the place of his transfer. 2.
In identical set of facts in Writ Petition No. 16680 of 2024, we had considered the extensive submissions of the parties and have
passed a detailed order on 19th November, 2024. In whichever case, the Petitioner was not relieved, we have passed an order of maintaining status quo, thereby permitting the Petitioner to work to work at the original place from where he is sought to be transferred. 3.
Since, in both these Petitions, the Petitioners Mr. Salgar and Mr. Mate stand on identical set of facts and keeping in view that Mr. Rajesh Mate has already joined at the place of transfer around four months ago, that we are granting the same interim relief granted vide order dated 19th November, 2024 to Mr. Milind Nagesh Salgar. 4.
The parties desire that all these matters be heard finally at the admission stage.

In view of the above, let the pleadings in all these matters be completed by 13th February, 2025.

List all these Petitions for a hearing at admission stage, on 20th February, 2025. These matters would be called out after the fresh admissions board would be over.

Needless to state that the ad-interim protection would continue until further orders.

These Petitioners make a grievance that though they are working, their salaries have not been paid. We direct the Board to ensure that all outstanding salaries shall be cleared by 7th February, 2025 and regular salary would be paid to the Petitioners, in view of the orders of this Court, save and except, if there is any act of unauthorised absentism or leave without pay.
