In view of the above statement, the Impugned Order is rendered inoperative since the concerned authority is withdrawing the said order. This Petition is disposed off. 5.

If the concerned authority issues a show cause notice to the Petitioners, the same would contain reasons for which a reply would be sought from the noticee.
