Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The challenge in this Writ Petition is to the Order dated 9th July 2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mumbai below Exhibit-29 in Petition D-112 of 2021. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondent returnable 30th January 2026. In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner to serve the Respondent by private service and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.

However, one of the contention raised is that the Respondent-wife has stopped therapy sessions for the child, who is Dusane

18 WP 357.26.DOC suffering from autism, the High Court Legal Services Authority is requested to appoint two Para-Legal Volunteers to visit at the residence of Respondent i.e. No.1901/1902/1904, A-Wing, Chaitanya Towers, Appa Saheb Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai (Mobile No. 9920280002/ 9820031785) and to file report in this Court on or before next date.
