The Petitioner prays that the proceedings pending before Respondent No.1 be directed to be decided within a time frame, since the said proceedings date back to the year 2012. A further prayer is also put forth that the Application seeking transfer of the proceedings of Application No.26 of 2012 be decided within a time frame.

All litigants are equal in the eyes of law, and all desire that their proceedings be decided at the earliest. Merely because the Petitioner has the facility of approaching this Court, does not mean that this Court should show indulgence and direct an out of turn or special hearing in the proceedings initiated by the Petitioner. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off without entertaining either of the prayers made by the Petitioner. 4.
