DATED:
11 June 2025
10 & 14-WP-19221-24+1.DOCX PC:- 1.
At the request of learned Counsel for the Petitioners, we adjourn these Petitions on 18 June 2025 by clarifying that no further adjournments will be granted.
2.
Mr. Mustafa Doctor, learned Senior Advocate on behalf of the Respondent-SEBI points out that the proceedings in pursuance of the impugned show cause notice are at an advanced stage and Petitioners have also participated and are participating in such proceedings. They pointed out that even in January when this Petition was called out, the same had to be adjourned at the behest of the Petitioners. 3.
The reason for today's adjournment is far from convincing. Still, with a view to grant an additional opportunity, we posted this matter on 18 June 2025 by clarifying that no further request for adjournment would be entertained.
4.
Mr. Doctor points out that on one occasion, the Petitioners sought a deferment based on the pendency of these Petitions even though, no interim reliefs have been granted in this Petition.
