The present petition has been filed seeking directions to Respondent Nos. 2, 3, and 4 to decide the representations dated 17.02.2025 and 05.03.2025, to enter the names of Petitioners Nos. 3 to 10 in the Sevaarth Pranali, and further to release the salaries of Petitioners Nos. 3 to 10 from the date of their appointment. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Since the matter is pending before Respondent No. 3, the learned AGP, upon instructions, submits that the said Representations will be decided within a period of twelve (12) weeks.

We take the statement made by learned AGP as an undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing Respondent No. 3 to decide the Representations within a period of six (6) weeks from today.
